  • Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).Melt a stick of butter and pour it into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Layering: Spread the shredded rotisserie chicken over the melted butter in the baking dish. Spread the 16 oz of frozen mixed vegetables over the chicken. Season with garlic powder, pepper, and Everglade seasoning.
  • Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, mix together 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup with herbs and 1 cup of chicken stock. Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the baking dish. Do not stir.
  • Prepare Biscuit Topping: In another bowl, mix 2 cups of milk with the Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix. Add half of the seasoning packet from the biscuit mix. Mix in half a cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
