  • 1lb. sausage
  • 1 box red lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix
  1. Combine the shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, sausage, and Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix in a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand or using a mixer until well combined.

  3. Use a melon scoop or spoon to scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into ping-pong-sized balls.

  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each ball.
