Ingredients
  

  • Pizza Dough:
  • 2 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dry active yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour (or bread flour)
  • Lobster:
  • 1 large lobster tail or 2 small lobster tails
  • 1-2 tbsp butter
  • Pepper
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • Creole seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Sauce:
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Zatarain's liquid shrimp & crab boil
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup Italian blend cheese
  • Pizza Topping:
  • Low moisture whole milk mozzarella
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Oregano

Instructions
 

  • To make the pizza dough, put the sugar, dried active yeast, and warm water in a bowl. Until the yeast grows, give it ten minutes to sit. Stir in flour, kosher salt, and olive oil. Work the dough into a shape. Split into four equal portions, transfer to oiled jars, and store in the fridge for three to seven days.
  • Cook the lobster by taking the meat out of the shell. Chop it roughly. Melt butter in a pan, add lobster flesh, and season with paprika, Old Bay, pepper, and Creole seasoning. Cook the lobster until it reaches a delicate consistency. Put aside.
  • Prepare the sauce. Melt butter in a pan, then add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the liquid shrimp and crab boil, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and heavy cream. Once thickened, stir in the Parmesan and Italian blend cheeses. Take off the heat.
  • Get the pizza toppings ready. Cut mozzarella cheese into shreds. Chop up tomatoes. Cut the basil into slices.
  • Put the pizza together. Extrude the pizza crust and transfer it to an oiled skillet. Cover the dough with sauce. Add a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese. Add the bits of lobster. Add chopped tomatoes and basil on top.
  • Bake the pizza: Cook it on the stovetop for 8 minutes, then transfer it to a preheated 475°F oven. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the crust is brown.
  • Add some fresh oregano and basil as garnishes. Cut into pieces and serve warm. Savor the lobster pizza that you created yourself!
