These Crab Stuffed Mushrooms are so delicious! they are cheesy and full of crab meat! If you are not a mushroom fan…feel free to use the filling as hot dip with bread, or make a crab melt or crab quesadilla!

  • We used baby portobello mushrooms.
  • We used the stems from the mushrooms as part of our stuffing mixture. We also added:
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 3/4 cup grated swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breading
  • 8 oz lump crab meat


  • Set the oven's temperature to 350 degrees. 
  • The stems of the mushrooms should be cleaned and removed, saving them for the stuffing mixture. 
  • Add the chopped parsley, and chopped onions, and sautéed until the ingredients become soft. Let it cool. 
  • Grated Swiss cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and lump crab meat should all be combined with the sautéed mixture in a bowl. 
  • To taste, add more salt, pepper, and Old Bay flavour to the mixture. 
  • Place a small mound of the crab mixture inside each mushroom cap. 
  • Sprinkle-grated Parmesan cheese on top of each filled mushroom. 
  • After putting the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, bake them in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the filling is thoroughly heated and the mushrooms are soft. 
  • Enjoy and warm up!
